- Maintaining good housekeeping practices
- Adhering to health and safety standards
- Operational actions required at the plant
- Overall risk management at the plant
- Must have a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Good mental and physical health in all respects
- Must be Reliable and follow instructions
- Must work effectively in challenging working conditions
