Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately recording sales transactions using the POS system
• Efficiently handling cash and other forms of payment
• Performing general administrative tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful service
• Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong numeracy and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Prior experience in retail or customer service
