Description
SSK currently has the following career opportunities at its Retail branches, for employment at any of its Agriland stores within their service area. The successful candidates will be based at our Swellendam/ Riversdale/ Mossel Bay and/or George branch for the duration of the initial 2-year training programme. After which, candidates will be transferred to any of the Retail branches in the SSK service area.

Responsibilities
Candidates will receive training and exposure to all the disciplines of:

• Retail Branch Management
• Budget Management
• Purchasing and Inventory Management
• Marketing and Customer Care
• People Management
• General Administration
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification and/or proof of training
• Relevant experience with a general marketing-oriented approach
• Good planning and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate/ good computer skills (MS Office)
• A valid code B driving license is required
• Knowledge of SSK’s retail products will be an advantage
